摘  要:目的 探讨芸香甙 (Ru)是否对高能冲击波引起的肾功能损伤有保护作用。方法 将 2 7例接受体外冲击波碎石术 (ESWL)的肾结石患者随机分成 2组 :对照组 12例 ,术前不服用任何药物 ;芸香甙组 15例 ,术前口服芸香甙。采用放射免疫法和化学比色法测定ESWL前后尿中白蛋白 (ALB)、免疫球蛋白 (IgG)、β2 -微球蛋白 ( β2 -MG)和Tamm -Horsfall蛋白 (THP)及血MDA含量、SOD活性的变化。结果 对照组病人ESWL后尿ALB、IgG、β2 -MG分泌量和血MDA含量较ESWL前均显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,尿THP分泌量和血SOD活性均显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;芸香甙组中病人尿ALB、IgG、β2 -MG分泌量和血MDA含量较ESWL前有轻微增加 (P >0 .0 5) ,但与对照组病人ESWL后尿ALB、IgG、β2 -MG及血MDA含量比较 ,明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,尿THP分泌量及血SOD活性在ESWL后有所减少 (P >0 .0 5) ,但与对照组病人ESWL后尿THP、血SOD比较 ,明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 芸香甙对ESWL时肾功能损害具有保护作用。Objective: In order to study the effects of rutoside (Ru) on renal damage induced by ESWL. Methods: 27 cases of renal stone undergone anaesthesia-free ESWL,were randomly assigned into 2 groups: the rutoside (Ru) group(n=15)and the control group (n=12). For the former group, rutoside was given orally for 3 succesive days,20 mg each time,3 times a day before ESWL,while the control group received no medication. Urinary albumin(ALB), immunoglobulin-G(IgG), β 2 -microglobulin(β 2 -MG) and Tamm-Horsfall protein(THP),and the serum level of superoside dismutas(SOD) and malonyldehyde(MDA) were determined before and after ESWL. Results: In the control group,a significant increase of urinary ALB、IgG、β 2-MG and the serum level of MDA ,and a marked decrease of urinary THP and the serum level of SOD (P<0.01) were noted after ESWL .While there was a significant decrease of urinary ALB、IgG、β 2-MG and the serum level of MDA, and a marked increase of urinary THP and the serum level of SOD(P< 0.01 ) in the rutoside group compared with the control group. Conclusion: the results suggest that rutoside has protective effect on renal damage induced by ESWL .
