摘　　要：本文介绍用单片机控制的电离计对真空系统的控制方法。由于有单片机，使控制非 常灵活。控制信号可分为位控信号， ＢＣＤ码输出信号及模拟量输出信号。The control of ionization gauge controlled by a single board computer, which is used in vacuum system, is described in this paper. Due to the use of the single board computer, the control is very flexible. The control signals are devided into the positioning signal, BCD output signal and the analogue output signal.
