摘  要:探讨了双环戊二烯 (DCPD)改性对苯型不饱和聚酯树脂的合成方法 :对苯二甲酸用二元醇酯化后 ,加入装有顺丁烯二酸酐和DCPD的反应器中 ,在 80 -12 0℃下滴加与DCPD等摩尔的水 ,反应 2 5h ;加入其它成分 ,升温酯化直至反应完全。DCPD的含量影响对苯型不饱和聚酯与苯乙烯的互容性和固化过程。与标准树脂相比 ,DCPD改性对苯型不饱和聚酯树脂力学强度高 ,耐热性和耐腐蚀性强 。Synthetic method of dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) modified terephthalic unsaturated polyester resin(TUPR) was probed. Terephthalic acid was first reacted with glycols, the prepolymer was added to a reactor containing DCPD and maleic anhydride, then water with equivalent mol ratio of DCPD was dropped into the reactor under 80-120 ℃, reacting for 2.5 hours. Afterwards other components were incorporated and esterified under higher temperature until the reaction was complete. Contents of DCPD effect solubility and curing degree of TUPR. DCPD modified TUPR has excellent properties such as higher mechanical strength, better air drying, and better thermal and chemical resistance compared with conventional ones.
