摘　　要：以充分利用原有的工艺流程和设备为原则 ,通过对几种利用天然气制造合成氨原料气的工艺技术的比较 ,得出采用天然气非催化部分氧化工艺对吉化公司化肥厂合成氨装置的气化部分进行天然气取代渣油的技术方案是比较切合实际和可行的。On the principle of making full use of existing process and equipment, through comparing several process technology of the ammonia feed gas production by natural gas, the result will be: the technical scheme is feasible and in accord with the actuality, shifting its feeding from residual oil to natural gas with non catalyst partial oxidation process to gasification unit of ammonia plant in fertilizer factory of Jilin Chemical Group Corporation.
