摘　　要：针对伊文达公司 5釜聚酯生产流程中第 2预缩聚釜以及搅拌器的结构特点 ,对反应釜中物流的流型和搅拌器所属类型作出合理的假设 ,并简化处理 ,得出搅拌器电流值与其转速的二次方之比可以用来判断预缩聚反应的程度 。Based on the structure characters of No. 2 pre polycondensation reactor and agitator in EMS INVENTA five reactor polymerization process,the type of liquor and agitator were assumed reasonably and sipmplified.The ratio between the agitator current value and square of its rotation rate could be used to decide the degree of pre polycondenstion react.It can be demostrated by the data from production practice.
