摘　　要：失重式给料器基于单位时间内称量料斗内质量的减少值计算流量 ,其间歇进料的特性使它存在测量盲点 ;而扭矩式质量流量计基于扭矩和质量流量函数关系 ,使化工生产中固体散料 /粉料的计量控制实现了真正意义上的实时。Flow calculation of Loss in feed was based on the lose of mass in the weigh hopper unit hour, but this method had a measuring blind spot because of the batch in feeding, while the torque mass flow meter was based on the function relation between torque and mass flow.This can realize the real time, continuous metering control of powder in chemical industry production.
