摘 要:BOD,即生化需氧量,是环境监测与污水处理中评价水质的一项重要指标.传统的稀释测定法操作复杂,数据重现性差,测定周期长(一般为5~7天),不能及时指导水质评价和有效地控制污水处理.本文研制出不受被测污水中溶氧和污水温度影响,能够用于在线检测的差分式BOD微生物传感器.实践证明,该仪器具有快速、简便、准确、测定周期短,数据重现性好,测定范围宽等优点.其测定周期为15min,测定精度小于5%,测定范围为0~100mg·1^(-1).BOD(biochemical oxygen demand)is an important index to eva-luate the quality of water in environmental monitoring and sewage treatment. The traditional method of dilution fails to duly guide the evaluation of water quality and effectively control sewage treatment because of complicated opera-tion which may last for 5 to 7 days. The authors developed a differential BOD microbial sensor system for on line detection, which can not be affected by tem-perature and dissolved oxygen. Practiacl applications have proved that the instrument has many advantages such as fastness, simplicity, accuracy, short determination cycle good repeatability, wide scope of measurement and etc. The determination cycle of the sensor is within 15 minutes, the measuring ac-ctiracy is less than 5% and the scope of measurement is 0-100 mg·l-1.
