摘　　要：本文介绍了“八五”期间沈阳仪器仪表工艺研究所研制的硅油净化充灌装置的结构、特点,以及对该装置的分析和设计原则.In this paper it is introducecl the apparatus of silicone oil purify-ing and filling which developed by Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Technology during the 8th Five-year Plan period. The structure characteristic, as well as the analgy for this apparatus and design principle are described.
