摘  要:在实验室条件下 ,把草鱼置于低 pH(6 .0 ,5.5,4 .5)水中 4d和 7d ,测试鳃和肝组织SOD活性的变化。结果表明 ,在实验的第 4天 ,低pH引起肝组织SOD活性升高 ,而对鳃组织SOD活性无显著影响 ;在第7天 ,低 pH引起肝组织SOD活性显著降低 ,而鳃组织在 pH 6 .0和 pH 5.5时SOD活性升高 ,在pH 4 .5时SOD活性下降。提高水中钙浓度 ,可减缓pH 4 .5实验组 (第 7天 )鳃和肝组织SOD活性的降低。The branchia and liver tissues of grass carp were treated at different pH levels (6.0, 5.5, 4.5) for 4 and 7 d. The SOD activity of liver tissue at low pH was significantly higher than that in controls(pH 6.8) on the 4 th day, but the SOD activity of branchia tissue was not significantly different. On the 7 th day, the SOD activity of liver tissue decreased significantly in lower pH groups, whereas that of branchia tissue in pH 6.0 and pH 5.5 groups was significantly higher than that in controls and the SOD activity at pH 4.5 was significantly low. The results in hard water groups also show that low SOD activity caused by low pH (pH 4.5) can be raised by increasing Ca 2+ concentration in water.
