摘 要:通过岩芯浸泡冲刷、岩芯流动、乳化及破乳、缓蚀等室内试验,评价了新型HCG-11粘土稳定剂的性能。HCG-11具有较强的抑制粘土水化膨胀和分散能力,可有效、持久地稳定岩芯中的粘土矿物,具有良好的破乳、缓蚀性能。Multifunctional clay stabilizer HCG-11 described in this paper is a newly developed and commercially manufactured compounded chemical agent with nitrogenous heterocyclic compound as main component. Natural cores treated by 1% aqueous HCG-11 solution are much more resistant to water erosion than those treated by other clay-stabilizers tested, both singles and in combination. Artificial clay-containing cores treated by HCG-11 practically maintain their permeability in core-flow tests up to 300PV of distilled water flown-out. The same treated cores after being reacted with mud acid do so up to 500PV of water flownout. The HCG-11 treated rock surfaces are still water-wet. HCG-11 is shown to be a fairly good chemical aid for corrosion inhibition in 28% HCl and in mud acid and for breacking-down crude/acid and crude/water emulsions as compared with some commonly used chemicals. HCG-11 has been put into field use in Chunling Oil Field, Shengli, for successive acidizing-clay stabilizing-demulsifying operations.
