补肾中药对肾阳虚大鼠垂体-肾上腺超微结构的影响

摘　　要：应用透射电镜观察了醋酸可的松致肾阳虚大鼠垂体、肾上腺超微结构的改变 ,以及补肾中药对其的调整作用。结果表明可的松致肾阳虚大鼠垂体促肾上腺皮质激素分泌细胞内质网扩张 ,线粒体空化 ,肾上腺皮质状带和网状带萎缩 ,束状带细胞内脂滴变小 ,分布异常。补肾中药能够改善垂体超微结构的损伤 ,但却不能改变肾上腺超微结构的损伤。因此 。To observe the ultrastrucure change of pituitary and testis in kidney yang deficiency rats which were made by injecting acetic acid cortisone and regulation of tonify kidney herbs for it.The results showed that the endoplasmic reticulum expanded and mitochondria cavitated in pituetary corticotroph of kidney yang deficiency rat .Fasciculate zone and reticular zine of adrenal cortex shrink .The fatty drops became small and it's distribution was abnormity in the cell of fasciculate zone kidney tonify herbs can improve the ultrastructrue damage of pituetiry of kidney yang deficiency rat ,but it can't modulate it of adrenal.Therefore, kidney tonify herbs can finish the function of kidney tonify and yang warm by improving the ultrastructure damage of pituitary of kikney yang deficiency rat.
