糖尿病病人糖尿病足健康教育需求调查分析

摘　　要：为探讨糖尿病病人对糖尿病足健康教育知识的需求。采用自行设计的调查表对 15 8例糖尿病病人进行问卷调查。结果 30 .4%的病人懂得足部护理 ;而坚持足部主动护理的病人仅占 13.3% ;81.0 %以上的病人希望接受糖尿病足各方面的健康指导 ,以提高自我护理能力 ;并将电话咨询和建立良好医护患关系作为获得健康知识的首选。提出早期开展预见性护理 ,建立一支由专科医师 -护士 -营养师 -药师 -康复师组成的教育队伍 ,加大糖尿病足知识宣传力度 ,形成有效的健康教育网是满足糖尿病足健康教育需求行之有效的办法。In order to investigate the healthy educational needs for diabetic feet in the patients with diabetic mellitus, a self-made questionnaire was used to survey 158 cases of diabetic mellitus. It was found that 30.4 % of the patients knew the foot nursing. The patients with long-term active foot nursing only accounted for 13.3 %. Over 81.0 % of the patients wished to be guided in the respects of diabetic feet to enhance self nursing ability. The first choice for obtaining healthy knowledge included telephone consultation and development of good doctor-nurse-patient relation. It was recommended to develop predicting nursing care at early stage, build an education team consisting of professional doctor-nurse-nutritionist-pharmaceutist-rehabilitation doctor and strengthen the propaganda of diabetic foot knowledge. The formation of effective healthy educational network was an effective method for diabetic foot healthy educational needs.
