摘 要:目的 :评价呼气相电子计算机体层扫描 (CT)在诊断慢性气道疾病方面的应用价值。方法 :对 2 5例临床确诊为慢性气道疾病的患者 (病例组 )及 12例健康志愿者 (对照组 ) ,使用螺旋 CT分别进行吸气末和呼气末的胸部 CT扫描 ,测量和计算横断面积衰减分数 (CL ARS) ,肺密度衰减值 (L DAV) ,象素指数 (PI)。对两组结果进行了比较。结果 :病例组和对照组的横断面积衰减分数分别为 2 5和 48,肺密度衰减值分别为 79HU和 186 HU ,呼气末病例组和正常对照组的 PI值分别为 11.36 %和 0 .13% ,两组结果有显著统计学差异。结论 :呼气相 CT对慢性气道疾病的诊断和定量有较大的帮助 ,能够在一定程度上反映气道的功能 ,是一种有发展前途的检查方法。Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of expiratory CT scans in chronic airway diseases.Methods:Twenty five patients with chronic airway disease and twelve healthy nonsmokers separately underwent inspiratory and expiratory CT scans. Cross sectional lung area reduction score, lung density attenuation value and pixel index (PI) of 25 patients and 12 healthy controls were calculated. Results:The means of cross sectional lung area reduction scores of the patients and control group were 25 and 48 respectively. The means of lung density attenuation values of 25 patients and 12 healthy controls were 79HU and 186HU respectively. These two indices of the group of patients were obviously lower than the control. At end expiratory phase, the PI of the group of patients was 11.36%, being higher than the control. Conclusion:The chronic airway disease can be diagnosed and quantified by expiratory CT scans, which seems to be a promising scheme.
