敌氯菊酯分析方法的研究

摘　　要：敌氯菊酯是由敌敌畏、氯氰菊酯两种农药混合复配而成，本文采用气相色谱法，选择５％ＳＥ－３Ｏ色谱柱，以联苯为敌敌畏的内标，以邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯为氯氰菊酯的内标，在不同温度下完成上述两种农药有效成分的定量分析，敌敌畏的标准偏差０．０５，变异系数０．２％，回收率９９．２％；氯氰菊酯的标准偏差０．０２，变异系数０．４％，回收率９９．４％。Aquantitative analgsis method was established fortwo active ingredients of dichlorvos and cypermethrin in themixture composed of them in different temperatures,by usinggas chromatography,and selecting 5% SE-30 for chro-matographic columa,biphenyl for internal standard of dichlor-vos and di-n-octyl phtbalate for that of cypermethrin. The re-sults indicated that for dichorvos the standard deviation was 0.05.the coefficient of variation was 0.2%and the recovery 99.2%;for cypermcthrin the standard deviation was 0.02,the coefficient of variation was 0.4%and the recovery 99.4%.
