摘 要:将从田间感病品种原丰早上分离的稻瘟病原始菌株,接种在经三环哇处理过的该品种上,待其发病后,逐代重复分离诱导菌株,并对原始菌株和诱导菌林对三环唑的敏感性以及三环哇对它们的持效期进行了测定。结果表明:随诱导代次的增加,菌株对药剂的敏感性渐次降低,药剂对菌株的持效期明显缩短,但其致病性无明显变化趋势。wild type strain of Pyricularia oryzae was isolat-ed from a susceptible rice variety‘Yuanfengzao’.A suspension(3×10 coindia/ml)orthe isolate was used to inoculate riceplants treated with tricyclazole at 200 ppm in greenhouse at28℃,The fungus, reisolated from typical blast lesions of therice plants infected,was then used as inoculum to infect riceplants treated in the same way.This experiment was succes-sively repeated for thirteen times.The tests showed that the sensitivity of rice blast pathogen to the fungicide tricyclazolegradually decreased and the residual life of the fungicide re-duced in successive generations,However,the tolerance devel-opment of the pathogen to the fungicide was not accopanied byincreased virulence.
