摘　　要：本文采用具有分离手段的薄层层析，选择合适的展开剂，经分离后，分别刮下溴乐乳油中溴氰菊酯和乐果斑条，采用紫外分光光度法在波长２７６纳米处进行嗅氰菊酯含量测定；采用化学溴化法进行乐果含量测定。该法简便、准确可靠、重复性好，可作为卢品质量位制和检测方法。In this paper,a procedure to separate the mixtureof decametbrin and dimethoate was descriped.The sample wasdevcloped by a developping agent on a silican GF_(254).Thestripes of decamethrin and dimethoate were scraped respec-tively and the solution of scraped samples were analvsed hy UV-spectrophotorneter at 276nm,The contract of dirnethoatewas determined bv bromination of6imet6oate.The method hasgood accuracy,reliability and exellent reproducibility and easy to o[perate.
