摘　　要：本文介绍了一些主要半导体技术的目前水平、今后的发展趋势和正在进行的主要研究。还指出,发展半导体技术要靠两个力量:牵引力——用户的需求和推动力——周边技术,并叙述了发展半导体技术的可能性和必要性。This paper presents the state-of-the-art, and the developing trends of some main semiconductor technologies and chief researches being done. It points that two forces: tractive force and motive force are very important to improve the technology. The possibilities and necessities in developing these chief semiconductor technologies are also described.
