摘  要:以粗粉分离器为研究对象 ,通过冷态模化试验评价分离器工作性能 ,确定分离器优化结构。采用CFX TASCflow软件包 ,数值模拟冷模试验和实际设备改造 ,计算结果与试验和现场测试结果吻合较好 。With a coarse pulverized-coal separator serving as a study object the performance of the separator was evaluated through a cold modeling test. Determined also was the optimized structure of the separator. With the help of a CFX-TASCFlow software package a numerical simulation-based cold modeling test was conducted in conjunction with the retrofit of a coarse pulverized-coal separator currently used on a utility boiler. The results of calculation and test are in quite good agreement with on-site measurement and test results.
