摘  要:为了探讨叶型弯曲不同分布对叶轮效率的影响,本文使用三元粘性数值模拟方法,对几个具有弯曲母线的离心叶轮进行了分析比较,在减损机理、特别是设计准则方面进行了摸索和探讨。A novel geometry generation method for the centrifugal impeller has been developed to design the bowed blade in order to reduce the secondary flow losses within the blade channel[1]. A number of centrifugal impeller has been drafted with the same meridian form and blade loading but different bowing elements of blades. Numerical simulations have been performed to investigate the flow field and performance of these impellers. The numerical experiments shows that the bowing of blades in the first half of channel plays a very important role in reducing secondary flow losses.
