彩釉砖的放射性水平及制定限值管理的建议

摘　　要：目的　测定居室内装饰彩釉砖的放射性水平并制定其限值。方法　对成品及原材料的核素放射性比活度、釉面砖表面氡析出率等进行测量 ,由实验数据并根据UNSCEAR 1993的理论推导出彩釉砖的放射性限值。结果　彩釉砖表层釉面和基质的放射性水平相差较大 ,高的达两个数量级 ;彩釉砖表面α、β污染水平超过豁免限值的 ,核素分析结果却未超过建材标准 ;装彩釉砖的居室内的氡浓度普遍较未装釉面砖的室内氡浓度高 ;装釉面砖和未装釉面砖的室内γ外照射量率无显著差别。结论　当彩釉砖中天然放射性核素比活度满足 :CTh/ 2 30 +CRa/ 310 +CK/ 35 0 0≤ 1同时 ,釉面料中2 2 6Ra的比活度CRa≤ 12 0 0时 。Objective To lay down the radiological limits to glazed tiles decorated in houses.Methods To Survey the radioactive concentrations of end products and raw and processed materials,radon exhalation rates from the surface of glazed tiles,etc.Then to deduce the limits according to these data and the theory of UNSCEAR 1993.Results The difference between the surface and the base is 10 2 times.The radon exhalation rates from the surface of the glazed tiles are higher than the rates from the ordinary building materials.etc.Conclusion The activity concentrations of the natural radioactive nuclides in the glazed tiles should be in the range of :C Th /230+C Ra /310+C K/3500≤1.At the same time,the activity concentrations of 226 Ra in the glazes be in the range of C Ra ≤1200.
