苦参合剂对隐孢子虫病儿童免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察苦参合剂对隐孢子虫病儿童免疫功能的影响。　方法　用 ABC法和 3H- Td R掺入法检测 T淋巴细胞亚群及淋巴细胞转化率 ,用单向琼脂扩散法检测免疫球蛋白 ,对隐孢子虫病儿童苦参合剂治疗前后的免疫功能进行测定。　结果　患儿 T cell、Th值降低 ,淋巴细胞转化受抑 ,Ig G升高。苦参合剂治疗后 ,临床腹泻症状消失 ,排虫转阴。Tcell、Th淋巴细胞转化值显著升高。Objective\ To observe the effect of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis mixture on the immune function of cryptosporidiosis kids. Methods Before and after treatment of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis mixture, the immune functions of the cryptosporidiosis patients were compared by measuring T lymphocyte subunits and lymphocytic transformation rate with methods of ABC and 3H TdR Incorporation and measuring the immunoglobin with method of employed one way argar diffusion. Results\ The number of T cell and Th decreased and the lymphocytes were inhibited and IgG value elevated in patients. After treatment of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis mixture, diarrehea in clinic disappeared and the test of excrement became negative. The number of T cell and Th and lymphocyte transformation rate all elevated signifcantly.\ Conclusion\ Radix Sophorae Flavescentis mixture has a better effect of dispersing cryptosporidium on its infection and enhancing the cellular immunity.
