现场应用青蒿琥酯预防日本血吸虫感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的　观察现场应用青蒿琥酯预防日本血吸虫感染的效果。　方法　将 5 0 98名接触疫水者随机分为青蒿琥酯组和安慰剂组 ,剂量均为 6 mg/ kg顿服 ,在接触疫水后 7～ 10 d开始服药 ,每 2 wk服 1次 ,脱离疫水后 1wk内再服 1次 ,末次服药后 4wk,用尼龙袋集卵孵化法加改良加藤法进行效果考核。　结果　青蒿琥酯组粪检阳性 9例 ,阳性率0 .37% (9/ 2 438) ,无急性血吸虫病发生 ;而对照组粪检阳性 189例 ,阳性率 7.11% (189/ 2 6 6 0 ) ,有 5例发生急性血吸虫病。Objective\ To observe the effect of artesunate to prevent schistosomiasis in the field.\ Methods\ 5 098 residents who contacted with infective water were randomly divided into two groups, group Ⅰ received artesunate 6 mg/kg once every 2 weeks when 7-10 day after contacting with infective water and took one more dosage after ceasing contacting the infective water for one week, group Ⅱ received the same dosage of placebo at the corresponding times. Four weeks after the last administration, hatching method and Katos method were used for stool examination to evaluate the effect.\ Results\ 9 cases were stool positive in group Ⅰ with an infection rate of 0.37%(9/2438), no acute schistosomiasis, while 189 cases were stool positive in group Ⅱ with an infection rate of 7.11 %(189/2660).\ Conclusion\ [WT5”,6BZ]Artesunate could protect the residents from Schistosome japonicum infection.
