摘 要:从新疆各主要甜菜种植区的996份病样中共分离出613个菌株,其中茎点霉、镰孢菌、丝核菌和腐霉菌分别占总数的32.14%、28.06%、14.85%和1.96%,此外链格孢、毛霉和细菌等出现频率较低。所有茎点霉菌株均为甜菜茎点霉Phoma betae)。镰孢菌鉴定出10个种,以茄病镰孢(Fusariun solani)、尖孢镰孢(F.oxysporum)为主,分别占镰孢菌总数的31.98%和30.23%。丝核菌中以立枯丝核菌AG-4为绝对优势种群,而双核丝核菌和立枯丝核菌AG-2-2出现的频率低。腐霉菌中以瓜果腐(Pythium aphanidermatum)为主。致病性测定和寄主范围的研究表明,立枯丝核菌AG-4、瓜果腐霉、甜菜茎点霉、茄病镰孢和尖孢镰孢是甜菜苗期的主要致病菌,且寄主范围广。这些结果在新疆多为首次报道,对甜菜苗期病害的防治有重要指导作用。A totol of 996 rotton roots of suger beet seedling were collected from main suger beet planting areas of Xinjiang,and 613 isolates were obtained Among them, phoma、 Fusarium、 Rhizoctonia and Pythium ranged 32.14%、28.06%、14.85% and 1.96% respectively. The others were Alternari、bacterium、Mutor etc, which were infrenquent. All isolates of phoma were P.batae. 10 species of Fusarium were identified, of which F.solani and F.oxysporum were dominant,31.98% and 30.23% of all Fusarium isolates respectively. Among Rhizoctonia、R.solani AG-4 was the predominant group.But binucleate Rhizoctonia and R.solani AG-2-2 were minority. P.aphanidermatum was the principal species in Pythium isolates.Results of pathogenicity and host range texts indicated that suger beet seedling damping-off was mainly caused by R.solani AG-4、P.aphanidermatum、Phoma betae、F.solani and F.oxysporum These results are reported for the tirst time in Xinjiang, and have important roles on guiding protection of suger beet seedlings damping-off.
