摘　　要：本文介绍了可大大减少水轮机导叶轴颈椭圆度的新加工方法,该方法是先做一个基准套,用靠模装置,以基准套为靠模,加工轴颈可消除加工后轴颈的椭圆度。In this paper,a new method for machining turbine guide vane journal is introduced,by it the journal ellipticity can be reduced.In this method a refere- nce sleeve should be made first,then on the basis of reference sleeve,journal is machined by copying device,which can eliminate journal ellipticity after its ma- chining.
