摘　　要：本文阐述了在VAMATEX P/40IS或C/40IS剑杆织机上织制重磅牛仔布时工艺参数的确定和织机调整方法。提出了以接纬剑退出梭口的距离来确定综平时间的调机方法。This paper discussed the methods for determining loom parameters and setting the machine during weaving heavy denim on model VAMATEX C/40IS repaier loom. A new way was established to adjust the heald level time according to the situation while the rapier tip receiving retracting from the shed.
