摘  要:将模糊规则的推理方法和神经网络的自学习方法应用在柴油机电控系统的故障诊断上。根据对发动机故障专家经验的总结 ,将输入故障信息定义为故障现象 ,将输出故障结果定义为故障点 ,采用模糊推理规则的方法建立由故障现象到故障点的诊断模型 ,实现对柴油机电控系统的故障诊断。故障诊断模型的故障样本是在 12 V15 0电控柴油机上通过大量试验获得的 ,故障诊断模型采用 BP神经网络的自学习方法进行训练。将诊断结果同实际测试结果相比较 。In this paper methods of fuzzy reasoning and network self-studying are applied for breakdown diagnosis of electronic control system of diesel.Based on summing-up of expert experience of engine breakdown,input of breakdown information is defined as breakdown phenomenon,and output of breakdown result is defined as breakdown phenomenon to breakdown point is set up by means of reasoning of fuzzy rules.Breakdown sample for diagnosis model is gained on diesel model 12150ZL of electronic control through a large number of experiments.And diagnosis model is trained by means of self-studying of BP network.In the meantime,diagnosis result above is compared with actual test result and proved to be proper.
