摘  要:用热天平详细研究了某石油焦的燃烧特性 ,并在一台小型循环流化床实验台上进行了燃烧实验 ,同时还对6个煤种进行了相同的实验以便对比。结果表明 ,石油焦具有良好的反应活性 ,好于无烟煤 ,类似于贫煤。在循环流化床中燃烧时 ,二次风率宜在 35 %~ 5 0 % ,以达到较高的燃烧效率。A good option for the utilization of the petroleum coke containing a high sulfur content is to use it as solid fuel in a CFB boiler.The combustion characteristics of petroleum coke have been analyzed by TGA methods,and combustion tests have been done in a bench scale CFB rig.The same tests have also been done on 6 kinds of coal to make a comparison.The reactivity of the petroleum coke is higher than that of several anthracites and close to that of lean coal.In this tests,the second air ratio seems good to be in the range of 35%~50% to achieve a high combustion efficiency while a steady performance can be sustained.The reasonable results may be useful for the design of the CFB boiler burning petroleum coke.
