摘　　要：介绍ASME规范第Ⅱ卷C篇《焊接材料》1998版A99变动情况。1998版相对1995版有6篇更新、相对A97无改变；但A99有8篇更新。SAW、ESW的焊丝、焊剂技术条件几乎全部更新，低合金钢药 芯焊丝亦有更新、发展。这对我国焊材业有很大现实意义，对制造业涉外产品的焊接生产也有现实意义，应引起重视。Changes in ASME Code Ⅱ-C Specification for Welding Rods, Electrodes and Filler Metals 1998 Ed. A99 are introduced.Based on 1995 Ed., 6 specifications are revised in 1998 Ed., but 8 specifications are revised in A99. Almost all specifications for welding wires, fluxes of SAW and ESW are revised. Specification of Low alloy steel flux-cored wire is also revised and developed. This has great practical meaning to welding material industry of China and welding work for foreign product manufacturing as well.
