摘 要:回顾和总结了国内外汽轮机故障诊断技术的发展情况 ,指出了目前在汽轮机故障诊断研究中存在的问题 ,并从检测技术、故障机理等 7个方面分析了今后可能取得进展的研究方向。参The techniques of fault diagnosis for steam turbine are important to the electrical power industry. Many companies and institutes have been researching these kinds of problem since 1960s. The study of machine diagnosis in china was begun in 1970s, and now there are more than 20 products of diagnosis expert systems for steam turbines being used in power plant. This paper describes the development of fault diagnosis technology for steam turbines, including sensor, analysis and processing of signal, fault reason, diagnostic methods and expert systems. The difficulties of turbine diagnosis are also pointed out. Finally, this paper presents the developmental trends of faults diagnosis for steam turbines: ① achievement will be gained in detection techniques; ② the study of fault mechanisms will be concentrated; ③ the research of knowledge expression, knowledge obtaining and expert systems' self organizing learning will be continued; ④ fault diagnosis for steam turbine will include not only vibration diagnosis but also thermodynamic diagnosis, performance diagnosis, logistic sequence diagnosis et al.; ⑤ emulation techniques will be utillized in diagnosis; ⑥ study of information fusion will be in omen stage and decision stage; ⑦ condition based maintenance will excite the developing of diagnosis technology for steam turbines.
