摘　　要：烟草茎尖的原套有2层细胞,叶原基起源于原体最外层的细胞。幼叶中层可由亚边缘细胞单独产生,也可由由它和近轴层叶肉的第一个细胞共同产生。板状分生组织的细胞分裂能力及其持续时间从远轴层到近轴层叶肉逐渐增加,上部叶的近轴中层细胞可分化成栅栏组织。幼叶边缘较早成熟的腺毛随烟叶的生长而逐渐脱落,同时原表皮又不断分化出新的腺毛。There are two layers of cells in the tunica of the vegetative shoot apex of Nicotinia tabacum and the initiation of leaf primordum originates from the outermost layer of cells of corpus. The middle layers of laminae are brought about either by submarginal firinitials alone or by both submarginal initials and the first cell of the abaxial layer of mesophyll. The ability and acting period of cell division in plate meristem increase from abaxial layer mesophyll to adaxial one. Cells of adaxial—middle layer in upper leaves may differentiate into palisade tissue. With the growth of leaves, the matured glandular trichomes in the margin of laminae fall off gradually, at the same time new glandular trichomes develop from the protoderm.
