摘　　要：风险投资基金,作为专门为创业企业提供资本支持和创业管理服务的集合委托投资制度,自从1946年在美国诞生以来,就在高科技产业化的进程中扮演了既重要又特殊的角色,这种投资制度在西方发达国家被称为高科技产业发展的'推动器'.它的成功运用造就了美国经济持久的繁荣;而风险投资基金的特点又催生出另一孪生姐妹'创业板'市场,它的设立不仅为风险投资基金提供了'出口',以便进行下一步良性循环,也为高科技企业提供了融资渠道,因此被称为高科技企业发展的'助动器'.我们认识、学习、运用它们,以期为我们国家产业结构调整,经济持续繁荣找到一剂良方.Hazard Investment Fund, as a special capital support for holding proneering enterprise and assembly associated investment system of service for creation management, has been playing a particular important role, in the process of high-technology industrialization since it was born in America in 1946. The investment system is thought as “engine” of development of high-technology industrial in the developed western countries.The utilization made attribution to the lasting prosperity of American economy. “Creation board” market, the twin sisters of Hazard Investment Fund but also fund circulation channel for high-technology enterprises call “boost motor” was set by the establishment so as to take further favourable circle.Nowadays we should be aware of it and learn it finally, we should know how to utilize these ways in expection for supplying a fine proscription for national industrial structure adjustment and economic properity.
