138例肾脏疾病因子Ⅷ相关抗原、抗凝血酶Ⅷ和纤维蛋白连结素的平行观测

摘　　要：肾脏疾病常并发静脉血栓,对此我们观察了部分血液凝固和抗凝指标。结果显示,肾脏疾病血液凝固性均增强;AT-Ⅲ蛋白含量在急性肾衰和狼疮性肾炎降低,但AT-Ⅲ活性改变不大;Fn测定在肾病组明显高于正常,其它肾脏疾病组则明显低于正常.因此治疗过程中,如何预防和降低其凝固性则显得十分必要。138 cases of different nephrotic patients admitted to our hospital fron 1985--1987 were ob-served. The results of the othervation of factor Ⅷ related antigen,antithrombin--Ⅲ and fibronectinshowed that there was a hypercoagulable state in the patients with nephrotic diseases,especially in thosewith acute renal failue and nephrotic syndrome. Therefore,it is neccessary to improve and decrease the-hypercoagulable state in the treatment cours.
