河南南召县农民高血压病血清胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白病例对照研究

摘　　要：本文对108例农民高血压病进行血清总胆固醇(简称TC)、高密度脂蛋白(简称HDL)及其亚型(简称HDL—subclass)病例对照研究.结果显示血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白及亚型在病例组和对照组之间均无显著差异(P>0.05～0.5).提示TC、HDL、HDL—3在无合并症的高血压病的病理过程中影响不明显。A case--control study was carried out to determine the serum total cholesterol (TC), high--densi-ty lipoprotein (HDL)and the HDL--subclasses in 108 cases of essential hypertension and their matchcontrols in rural areas. The results showed that there were no significant differences of TC,HDL andHDL--3 between the patient groups and the control groups (P>0. 05～0. 5). It was shown that TC,HDL and HDL--3 had no obvious effect on the pathological process of essential hypertension withoutcomplications.
