摘　　要：对平面二次包给环面蜗轮传动副的三坐标测量数据采用几种插值方法进行实测数据的插值，并进行比较分析，确定了适合平面二次包给环面蜗轮传动副三维测量数据插值的方法，实现其三维实体的可视化，为平面二次包络环面蜗轮传动副的误差分析及误差控制提供依据。Several insert methods are adopted to analysis the three - dimensional measurement data of the plane - generated enveloping worm pair gear. A algorithm method to analysisthe data is proposed, the real outline of the worm and worm wheel can be reconstructed precisely, then the data of the compensation and the feedback can be provided by using error separation techniques.
