弱激光对家兔心肌的影响

摘　　要：取体重1.55～2.65kg健康家兔16只,随机分成四组,实验组用弱激光He—Ne激光和扩束CO_2激光按照射时间、次数不同分别照射家兔心前区,其中一组为对照组,不进行激光照射.实验结果表明,弱激光照射,可使心肌毛细血管明显扩张(P<0.01),使心肌内糖元含量增加、颗粒变大(P<0.05),还可使心肌乳酸脱氢酶活性显著增强(P<0.01);但对心肌细胞的形态结构并无不良影响,从而为临床上用弱激光治疗心脏病提供了客观依据。16 healthy rabbits with body weights between 1.55--2.65 kg were randomly divided into fourgroups,of which one group was taken as control and was not given laser radiation. To the rest experi-mental groups,the low level laser,such as He--Ne laser and CO_2 extensive laser radiation were donerespectively on the precardium of the rabbits according to the different duration and times of the radia-tion. The results showed that the irradiation of low level laser could cause significant dilation of my-ocardial capillary (P<0. 01),increase the contents of myocardial glycogen and its granular size (P<0. 05), and enhance the activity of LDH(P<0. 01). However there were no harmful effects on the morphology and the structure of myocardial cells,thus providing objective basis for the treatment of is-chemic heart diseases with the low level laser.
