四种润滑油对片式摩擦离合器空损功率影响的试验研究

摘　　要：片式摩擦离合器的空损功率影响传动效率、系统发热量和摩擦片的寿命。在结构一定情况下 ,润滑油油品对空损功率有很大影响。作者选择了四种常用传动润滑油 ,以离合器为试验对象 ,得出很有价值的定量比较结果 ,为选择和改进润滑油提供有科学的依据。The no load power loss of the plate friction clutch in disengagement affects the transmission efficiency, the heat value and the life of the firection plates. Under a same structre, the lubrication oil has great effect on the no load power loss of the desengaged clutch. Four different kinds of transmission lubrication oil have been chosen for the clutch experiment by authors, and a valuable comparison results had been obtained. It would be a science base to choose or to improve the lubrication oil.
