摘 要:本文评述了布氏白粉菌寄生专化性研究的主要进展.寄生专化性是该菌独立为一个属的重要依据.Marchal(1902)根据寄生专化性在该菌种下区分出了7个专化型,每一专化型可以被认为是主要寄主相同的菌系的集合.遗传学研究表明,不同专化型之间的杂交呈现出不同水平的性亲和性,有些专化型之间具有生殖隔离,不麦专化型与冰草专化型的杂交后代在小麦上的毒性与在冰草上的毒性呈负相关.The major achivements on studies of parasitic specialization of Blumeria graminis have been discussed in this review. The parasitic specialization of B.graminis is a character of ralue in taxonomy.Marchal(1902) distinguished seven formae speciales Within this species on the basis of host specialization. After that, the results of a lot of studies indicated that the boundaries of forme speciales were also not distinct, each formae speciales could be considered to be an assemblage of the individuals that have the common major hosts.The results from genetic studies showed that there were various levels of reproduction isolation among formae speciales of B. graminis.Hybridization did not occur when some formae speciales and other formae speciales were mated.The progeny cultures from a cross of the formae speciales tritici and agropyri showed a negative correlation between virulence on wheat and virulence on wheatgrass.
