摘　　要：首次将金厂金矿床铬绢云母系列划分为二个矿物类十个矿物种和三个生成世代 ,并总结出其成因矿物学特征 ,提出铬绢云母系列的生成与金矿的形成关系密切 。Chrome Sericite mineral series from Jinchang gold deposit is Classified into two mineral groups, ten mineral types and three mineral generations. And its genetic mineralogic features are summed up in this paper. It is put forward that there is a close relation between the forming of Chrome Sericite mineral series and gold ore. The appearance of Chrome Sericite mineral series is an important mark for gold deposit prospecting in this area.
