摘 要:长期以来 ,现场实施中主要依靠经验进行防砂决策。防砂方法的选择 ,防砂井产能的设计基本建立在经验推理的基础上 ,缺少准确性和针对性 ,制约了防砂技术水平的整体提高。该文以室内实验和大量的现场调研资料为基础 ,应用计算机技术和先进的防砂效果预测理论 ,开发了防砂决策系统软件 ;介绍了该软件的功能及原理 ;并以现场一口井防砂设计为例 。Sand control decision was made by experience mainly in field practice for a long time. The selected sand control process is suitable or not. Is the sand control design reasonable? Whether the productivity of sand control well can reach the designed demand? Answers of these questions build on the basis of experience reasoning which lacks of accuracy and aim, restricts the improvement of sand control technique level. Sand control decision system software is developed for these problems on the basis of a lot of laboratory experiments and field data by applying computer technology and 90's advanced forecasting theory of sand control offect. The function and principle of the software are introduced. Field application and effect of the software are illustrated taking sand control design on a well in the field as an example.
