摘　　要：论述了影响长输管道安全的主要隐患。以东北管道为例进行了分析认为隐患形成的原因主要来自环境的影响、人为因素的破坏和输送工艺变化的影响等。列举了东北管道安全隐患的分布状况,并提出了杜绝安全隐患的基本对策。The main potential troubles of long distance pipeline are described in the paper. Take the eastern China pipeline as an example,an analysis on the potential troubles has been made. The analytical results have shown that environment ,artificial destruction and variation of transportation process are major potential troubles to the pipeline. The basic counter-measures against these potential troubles are presented.
