摘 要:考察了石油化工科学研究院开发的 ,由液态硅、固态硅及溶剂组成的低硅、低毒、化学稳定性好、无腐蚀性的CDF 10消泡剂在镇海炼化股份有限公司 1.1Mt/a延迟焦化装置上注入位置、注入量和注入方式对消泡效果的影响。应用结果表明 ,CDF 10消泡剂一般于生焦周期的最后 2~6h ,以 15 μg/g的量在焦化塔顶注入可以将焦炭塔内泡沫层消除 3m ,使焦炭塔的有效利用率由6 5 %提高到 78% ,处理量也可相应提高 ,并且不会造成对加氢催化剂的硅中毒。经济分析表明 ,可以为炼油厂带来经济效益 36 7万元An antifoaming agent CDF 10 developed by Reseaerch Institute of Petroleum Processing was used in a 1.1Mt/a delayed coker at Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company,which characterized by low silicone content, less poison, non corrosion and good chemical stability . The effects of injection position, amount and means on antifoaming were investigated. An injection rate of 15μg/g CDF 10 antifoaming agent was normally injected to the top of the coke drum at the final 2-6 h of the coking cycle. It could eliminate 3m foam and increase the effective utilization ratio of the coke drum from 65% to 78%, and resulted in higher throughput. The said antifoaming agent had no poison effect on hydrogenation catalyst. Economical analysis showed that it might increase a benefit of 3.67 million yuan per year for the refinery.
