摘 要:考察了不同物化性质及孔结构的载体对重质馏分油加氢精制催化剂性能的影响 ,以及浸渍液的配制和浸渍方法对金属分布的影响。试验结果表明 ,选择孔容和比表面积较大 ,堆密度大 ,且孔分布集中的载体 ;改进浸渍液的配制方法 ,优化其化学组成 ;在浸渍金属溶液前采用预浸工艺等 ,可改善载体与金属间的相互作用 ,明显提高催化剂的脱氮加氢性能。小试定型及工业放大的催化剂 3996具有比表面积大、孔容大、孔分布集中、金属分布均匀、堆密度适中、强度好、活性高和使用寿命长等特点。在 2 0 0mL小型加氢装置上进行了 2 0 0 0h稳定性试验 ,结果表明 ,3996催化剂的加氢脱氮性能达到当前国际同类催化剂的先进水平 。The effect of supports with different properties and pore structures on the catalytic performance of the hydrorefining catalyst for VGO and the effect of impregnation solution and impregnating method on the metal distribution were examined. Test results showed that the hydrogenation performance of the catalyst was enhanced by selecting the support with larger pore volume and surface area, higher bulk density and concentrative pore distribution, optimizing preparation conditions, and improving the interaction between support and metal. The catalyst 3996 prepared in both of laboratory and full-scale possessed the features of large surface area, large pore volume, concentrative pore distribution, uniform metal distribution, medium bulk density, high strength of anti crush, high activity, good stability and so on. 2000 hours stability test in a 200 mL bench scale unit showed that the hydrodenitrogenation performance reached the advanced level of the same type catalyst abroad.
