按摩对软组织损伤家兔应激的调整作用

摘　　要：为了解损伤前后下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质系统和交感-肾上腺髓质系统机能的改变以及按摩对其影响,我们观察了损伤和按摩前后家兔血中皮质醇(CS)、葡萄糖(GS)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)、肾上腺素(A)和酪氨酸(Tyr)的含量。实验结果表明,损伤后家兔血中CS、GS、NA、A和Tyr含量均显著地升高。按摩不仅可取得良好的治疗效果,还可以促进损伤家兔CS、GS、NA、A和Tyr含量的回降。提示:按摩有助于抑制下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质和交感-肾上腺髓质系统的异常机能。For the purpose of understanding the relationship between the effect ofmassage and the change of the hypothalamus-hypophysis-adrenocortical function and thesympathetico-medulliadrenal function in the rabbits with injuried soft tissue, we have obse(?)vedthe content of cortisol (CS), glucose (GS), noradrenaline(NA),adrealine(A) and tyrosine(Tyr)in the blood of rabbits before and after the injury and massage. The results showed that thecontent of CS, GS, NA, A and Tyr in the blood of rabbits markedly increased after theinjury. The results also showed that massaging 'Weizhong' and limb injured could geta good curative effect, simultaneously the massage could cause the content of CS, GS, NA,Aand Tyr in the blood of rabbits with injuries to return.It suggests that the massage not only might inhibite the excessivel hypothalamus-hypo-physis-adrenocortical function and sympath tico-medullidrenal function but also decreased theextravagance of GS and Tyr in the blood of rabbits with injuries.
