灰阶和B彩色超声心动图显象评价冠心病患者左室收缩功能的比较

摘　　要：本文对62例(男性42,女性20)冠心病患者作灰阶和B彩色超声心动图显象,并与左室造影结果比较。B彩色和左室造影测定的左室射血分数的相关系数(temperature γ=0.93,magentaγ=0.93,rainbow γ=0.92)高于灰阶显象(γ=0.85)(P<0.05)。62 coronary artery diseused patients (42 male, 20 female) underwent gray-scale and B-color echocardiography examination and compared with the results of cine-angiography. The correlation coefficients of left ventricular ejection fraction between B-color image and angiography (temperature r=0.93, magenta r=0.93. rainbow r=0.92) were higher than that between gray-scale image and angiography (r=0.85) (P<0.05).
