低年级医学生艾滋病健康教育即时效果评价

摘　　要：对425名低年级医学生接受一次艾滋病健康教育后效果进行即时评价.健康教育前后分别进行KAP问卷调查,用EPI软件进行统计分析.100%的调查对象在教育前已听说过艾滋病,91.7%的人可以准确说出3种主要传播途径.但部分调查者存在错误认识.教育后总体知识均分由16.1上升为20.4(满分23分),问题回答正确率明显提高.但同时发现调查对象的某些性观念未因本次教育而改变.健康教育有助于提高青年人对艾滋病的认识水平,但一次教育不足以彻底改变他们的性观念.This article reports the evaluation of a health education on AIDS among college students of junior years. Method: Questionnaires were chosen to investigated the students. EPI software was used to analyse. Result:100% of the students have known the name of 'AIDS';91. 7% of them answered its route of transmission correctly,but some of the youths thought wrongly that the virus of AIDS had great vitality. After this education, the average increased from 16. 1 to 20. 4,the correct rate of questions also heightened. Conclusion: This study indicated that health education can add the knowledge of youths on AIDS, but education only once cannot radically change their sexual attitude ,long-term and comprehensive health education play important role in preventing the transmission of AIDS.
