天津市区糖耐量低减的流行病学调查

摘　　要：为了摸清本市城区居民糖耐量低减(IGT)的患病率及其人群分布情况,采用整群随机抽样方法进行了IGT的流行病学现况调查.结果显示IGT患病率男、女及合计分别为13.13‰、19.18‰及16.23‰;中国人口标化患病率(世界人口标化率)分别为9.81‰(15.36‰)、14.37‰(19.03‰)及12.18‰(17.42‰).IGT患病率按年龄、性别、民族及职业分布显著不同.In order to find out the prevalence rate of Impaired Glucose Tolerance (IGT)and its distribution a-mong the population,we carried out a prevalence survey of IGT by a random stratified cluster sampling. The results showed that the crude prevalence rate of IGT was 13. 13‰ in males,19. 18‰ in females,and 16. 23‰ in all respectively. The age-standardized prevalence rate of IGT according to the population figures of 1964 in China was 9. 81‰in males ,14. 37‰ in females ,and 12. 18‰ in all respectively. The age-adjusted prevalence rate of IGT on the basis of the world population was 15.36‰ in males,19. 03‰ in females,and 17. 42‰ in all respectively. The distribution of IGT Prevalence rate by age,sex,nationality and occupation was obvious different.
