婴幼儿心理与运动能力发育及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：为探讨婴幼儿心理与运动能力发育及其影响因素,以便采取早期干预措施,促进婴幼儿健康发展.采用身体测量、卡片记录及0～3岁婴幼儿发育量表(CDCC)测量婴幼儿的心理与运动发有指数,进行多元线性回归分析.结果表明,影响本组婴幼儿心理与运动能力发育的因素有婴幼儿的出生体重、身长、新生儿Apgar(阿普加)总分、母亲文化程度以及婴幼儿患病次数.提示婴幼儿心理与运动能力发育受到胎儿宫内环境、社会环境及教育生活方式等多种因素的综合影响.In order to make a study on the influencing factors for psychological development and motion ability of infants,to take measures for early intervention,to promote healthy development of infants,and to provide scientific basis for eugenics,the psychological development index and the motion ability index were measured with methods of health measurement,investigative table and 0-3 years development measure tool of infants (CDCC). The diversified regressive analysis was used. The results showed that the influencing factors for psychological development and motion ability of infants were birth weight and length of infants,total score of Apgar of newborn, education level of mother and illness frequency of infants. The results showed that the psychological development and the motion ability of infants was influenced by synthetic factors,such as fetal intrauterine environment ,social environment,education and life style.
