慢性肾炎系膜细胞周期调控蛋白P27的表达与病理分级及疗效关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨慢性肾炎患者肾小球系膜细胞周期调控蛋白P2 7的表达与病理分级、疗效的关系。方法 :对 32例慢性肾炎患者进行肾活检 ,将标本分别行常规病理检查及P2 7、PCNA免疫组化检查。结果 :Ⅰ级病理损害 ,P2 7表达最高 ;Ⅲ级病理损害 ,PCNA表达最高。P2 7、P2 7/PCNA比值与病理分级的等级相关分析 ,其r =- 0 .5 72 9(负相关 ) ,其r =- 0 .6 984(负相关 ) ;病理分级、P2 7/PCNA比值与疗效的等级相关分析 ,其r值分别 =0 .5 75 5 (正相关 )、0 .6 95 8(正相关 ) ;所有的r值 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :P2 7、PCNA作为判断慢性肾炎的系膜细胞是处于增殖或抑制状态 。Objective: To explore the relationship among pathological classification,treatment results and P27 of cell-cycle regulatory proteins in chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods: Apply renal biopsy to 32 cases of CGN and the specimen of renal biopsy had been examined with the method of pathological routing and immunohistochemistry such as P27 and PCNA.Results: The expression of P27 was the highest in class I of pathological damage but PCNA in class Ⅲ.The rankred correlation analysis between P27 and Pathological classifications was negative (r=-0.5729) while that between P27/PCNA and pathological classifications was negative(r=-0.6984);The ranked correlations analysis between treatment results and P27 was positive (r=0.6174)While that between treatment resulte and P27/PCNA was positive (r=0.6958);All the value of r less than 0.01.Conclusion: The proliferation or inhibition of mesangial cell in CGN can be judged by the testing of P27 and PCNA.This method is practical.
