摘 要:目的 探讨氟中毒对睾丸结构和功能损害的分子机制 ,研究其对睾丸一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性的影响。方法 选用 2月龄Wistar雄性大鼠 1 6只 ,均分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组饮用含 2 0 0mg/L氟化钠的去离子水 ,对照组单纯饮用去离子水。 1 2周后 ,采用NADPH -d组织化学法显示睾丸细胞NOS活性。结果 与对照组相比 ,氟中毒大鼠睾丸间质细胞NOS阳性细胞数目明显增多 (P <0 0 1 ) ,NOS活性明显增强。结论 氟中毒大鼠睾丸细胞NOS活性明显增强 。Objective To study the changes of testis nitric okide synthase (NOS) activity in male rats with fluorosis,thereby promoting the understanding of the molecular mechanism of injurious effect of fluorosis on the development and function of testis.Methods Sixteen Wistar male rats were divided into 2 groups of 8 each:fluorosis rats and control rats.Fluorosis rats were exposed to sodiam fluoride(200 mg/L) in their drinking water for 12 weeks,after which time the testis NOS was nssayed by NADPH-d histochemistry.Results Compared with the control group,fluorosis caused increase in festis NOS activity as observed under light microscope.Conclusions Fluorosis can increase NOS positive cells (P<0.01) and NOS activity in festes,which might be one of the molecular mechanisms of the injurious action of fluorosis on testis development and function.
