A new producer of mevastatin

摘　　要：摘要从分离自浙江省普陀山土壤真菌ＳＩＡ－Ｆ３９３３的代谢产物中分离出美伐他汀。菌种经鉴定被命名为詹司克氏青霉ＰｅｎｉｃｉｌｉｕｍｊａｎｃｚｅｗｓｋｉＺａｌｅｓｋｉ，是未见报道的美伐他汀新产生菌。Mevastatin (compactin) was isolated from the culture broth of a fungal strain SIIA F3933. The strain SIIA F3933 was isolated from a soil sample collected in Putuo mountain, Zhejiang Province, P. R. China. It was identified as Penicillium janczewskii Zaleski based on its cultural and morphological characteristics and was regarded as a new producer of mevastatin.
